Economical and relatively simple to install in all applications.
- Is a bypass system operating on a fraction of the system oil flow. Does
not affect OEM warranty.
- Removes water in solution with the oil, removes abrasive particles down
to sub micron level, maintains the Total Base Number in diesel oils to
prevent acid attack of internal components, "KEEPS THE OIL CLEAN" during
operation.
- New pollution requirements for engines will cause engines to produce
even more soot which is one of the main cause of wear in diesel engines,
(normal OEM filters do not remove this, which is why engine oils are usually
black and gritty at the oil change interval). The ProtxL system does remove
the soot and other contaminants.
- Machinery runs on clean oil at all times, reducing component wear.
- Reduced oil usage, up to 90%; significant cost savings.
- Reduced and simplified filter inventory and warehouse management; 5
sizes will cover all requirements.
- Reduced disposal costs for oil, depending on how far the oil change
period is extended. Old elements may be compressed to remove majority of
residual oil (no tin housings or other containers) and economically disposed
of. Future legislation will surely address the issue of filter element
disposal as it has in other countries making the ProtxL SYSTEM more
attractive and cost effective.
- No need to change expensive OEM filters; reduced costs, these filters
do not clean the oil they only catch the big bits. The ProtxL system removes
contaminants including moisture in emulsion in the oil.
- Environmentally sound; good for the environment and company image.
Replaces use of non-renewable resources (oil) with renewable, a special
blend of media derived from Australian plantation trees.
- Reduced labour requirements; significant on large fleets of equipment
in remote locations.
- Increased asset utilisation; depending on type of equipment significant
savings in down time. In some instances the equipment can have the elements
serviced during normal crib times or shift swap.
- Adaptable to all oil and fuel systems; includes diesel engines in all
applications, industrial gears, hydraulic systems, power transmission
systems, fuel systems, electrical transformers.
- In fixed installation such as powerhouse's and fixed plant the elements
can be serviced without stopping the equipment.
- Reduced logistics both for supply of and disposal of oils and filters.
- Reduced inventory-holding costs.
- Better utilisation of workforce; technicians will be able to focus more
on skilled tasks and higher levels of maintenance, more job satisfaction.
- Ability to clean contaminated fuels and oil before use in equipment;
fuel as delivered is normally contaminated and can effect fuel injection
system life and performance.
- Increased asset life between rebuilds: components are running in clean
lubricants all the time, which significantly reduces wear.
- ProtxL will complete a basic cost benefit analysis to identify primary
savings; Note; will not identify the total savings associated with large
fleets, talk with us for more benefits.
- Proving the system is as simple as installing the system and monitoring
the results by analysing the improvement in oil quality.
- A proven product used in the mining, marine, power generation,
transport, agricultural industries both private and government agencies.-
All leading to:
Increased company profit.
